Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Awe Design Studio is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team at our Sylhet location. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and building lasting client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

📌Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

📌Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

📌Collaborate with the design and creative teams to understand and effectively communicate  the value of our services to clients.

📌Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.

📌Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

📌Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications:

✅Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.

✅Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

✅Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

✅Knowledge of design and creative services is a plus.
